Macpherson mall is a dead mall. Not worth going.

All 3 no good. They are all small 3 bedder, and the price is too high. Bartley vue is facing flyover. If u like watching cars go by, be my guest. Go for >15 year old condos, where for less than 2m can get you a 1200-1500sft huge unit and in better locations. I give you some examples off the top of my head – Bishan 8. Gardens at Bishan. Sunglade (ok, not so great as its facing flyover also, but you get my point). You can even get a 3 bedder about 1200sft in Tanglin View (with spare change leftover for reno), which is much better located that all 3 condos listed above.

And just to point out to the person who asked the question: for 2m budget, you can even look for landed property already. Its within budget.
